HR ConsultantPosition Overview:
CFS has partnered with a client looking for an HR Consultant to join our team.This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' HR needs and develop customized strategies to address their challenges.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and harassment prevention.
• Support workforce planning, including talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Assist clients with compliance audits and reporting requirements.
• Stay up to date with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
