Overview of the Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and necessary qualifications for open positions
• Maintain job postings and talent pipeline, following up with applicants and leadership about the pipeline status regularly
• Attend job fairs and other staffing events to continuously attract a variety of diverse talent
• Conduct phone screens, schedule and conduct interviews
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientation
• Process onboarding paperwork and build offer letters

Preferred Qualifications for the Recruiting Specialist:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Two years of recruiting experience
• Proficiency with ATS and major job boards
• Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Niles, MI Salary: $40,500 - $50,750 depending on experience
