Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the executive’s day-to-day activities run smoothly. The role involves coordinating schedules, handling confidential information, and managing data for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the executive’s calendar, schedule, and travel logistics to maintain optimal workflows.
- Act as a primary communication point between the executive and leadership teams, fostering clear and effective collaboration.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Use advanced Excel skills to consolidate, analyze, and present data clearly and accurately.
- Support key projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
- Maintain vendor relationships, managing contracts for travel and office supplies.
- Protect sensitive information related to business operations, acquisitions, and legal matters.
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
- Office located in North West Austin.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Business casual dress code.
