As the Executive Assistant, you’ll support leadership across multiple functions, including finance, sales, HR, customer service, and manufacturing. This is a unique opportunity to streamline operations, enhance team performance, and make a meaningful impact.


What You’ll Do:

Support Leadership Teams:

  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and priorities for executives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and report preparation.


Customer Service & CEO Support:

  • Act as the face of the company, addressing order inquiries, delivery schedules, and service needs.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through professional communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, organize meetings, and provide overall administrative support.


HR & Finance Support:

  • Serve as the benefits liaison, assisting employees with enrollment and updates.
  • Handle HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining records, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and organize expense reports, track budgets, and prepare financial summaries.
  • Utilize Paycor to maintain HR and payroll accuracy.


Manufacturing & Planning Support:

  • Generate and maintain Excel reports for manufacturing metrics.
  • Update and pull data from MRP/ERP systems to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate on operational schedules and performance tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing.


What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or payroll platforms (e.g., Paycor) preferred.
  • Experience in HR processes or financial support is a plus.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and business software.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
