Our client, a National Sports League, is seeking an experienced, dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to join their NYC team! This role will be supporting 3 – 4 Executives providing high – level support. This is an incredibly opportunity to join an amazing company with great culture as well as a dynamic environment.
Midtown, NYC
Hours/Schedule: 8:30am – 6pm, flexibility needed
Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday in office remote Monday and Friday. (This might change to 4 days onsite)
Compensation: $80k – 90k OT eligible + Bonus
Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required!
They are looking for someone poised, super polished, very thick skinned!
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, prioritizing key meetings and schedules.
- Handle communication with individuals and stakeholders as directed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and executive travel (domestic and international) independently.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and process invoices using Concur.
- Monitor and address emails after regular hours for urgent travel changes or time-sensitive matters.
- Travel as required for work events.
- Support special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5+ years of Executive Support
- Bachelor degrees preferred
- Excellent calendar and time management abilities.
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Expertise in managing domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
