About the Role - We seek an Executive Assistant to help in supporting senior leadership by managing day-to-day operations, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of high-priority tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Executive Assistant will interact with internal and external stakeholders, requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, while prioritizing tasks and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, handling incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for domestic and international trips.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize multiple assignments, ensuring timely follow-through on deliverables.
- Project Support: Manage and execute special projects as assigned, including research, data collection, and reporting.
- Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaison: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- General Administrative Support: Manage files, handle confidential information, and perform other duties as required to support senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize working with various leaders in a fast-paced environment. Ensure details of projects, processes, initiatives, and the day-to-day are executed with high quality and efficiency.
- Project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate in a fast-paced & performance-oriented environment.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to anticipate the needs of leadership.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits - The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $82,500 - $110,000. The actual base salary for this role will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, education, experience, etc.
Base pay is one important aspect of our total rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
