Key Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant:
- Coordinate and master complex schedules, organize meetings, and handle intricate travel logistics across time zones, setting the stage for smooth executive travel experiences.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executives, expertly managing high-priority communications to ensure seamless coordination and communication flow.
- Take ownership of preparing, editing, and distributing essential meeting materials, presentations, and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-team meetings, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for impactful collaboration.
- Oversee expense reporting, track budgets, and process invoices, maintaining meticulous records with attention to detail.
- Play a central role in planning and executing leadership events, managing everything from logistics to agendas and follow-up actions.
- Drive project timelines, keep track of key milestones, and provide updates to support seamless project delivery.
Qualifications of the Senior Executive Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting executive leaders, ideally within a global setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
