Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 / year DOE

Accounting Specialist Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or receivable
• Proficiency in data entry and financial reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in an office setting
• CargoWise experience or logistics background is a significant plus
• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not required

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of monthly statements, payments, and invoices with accuracy
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships
• Perform data entry and update financial reports regularly
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
