We are searching for a temp to hire Accounting Clerk for a company in Neville Island, PA.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Scan payables into internal system to be routed for approval
Enter invoices/vouchers into the Accounting System
Return invoices to vendor for proper information
Send invoices to appropriate managers for daily approval
Call, email and send skipped invoice letters and invoices as necessary
Manually charge credit cards and/ or refunds
Prepare check run files
Process/manage/track unpaid invoices
Process wire and check requests in Accounting System
Assist with accounting duties and various administrative tasks
**Minimum Qualifications**
BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Prior accounts payable or receivable work experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Salesforce experience preferred
Must be able to work on site in Neville Island, PA.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
