Labor Solutions, LLC is hiring: Production Supervisor in Zion

Production Supervisor will oversee 2nd shift on a direct hire base and manage production shift employees and ensure safety, quality, and quantity standards compliance.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Train and mentor production team members
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain accurate production records and reports

Skills:

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.

· Supervisory and leadership skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior work experience within food manufacturing industry preferred.
