Production Supervisor Job at The Judge Group in Santa Rosa

Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift! Located in Northern California.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise production areas as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Train and develop employees and maintain employee morale.
• Oversee procedures to meet and exceed production schedules, production efficiencies and budget objectives.
• Maintain company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cost effective use of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in Food Manufacturing
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited college or University required
• Working knowledge of USDA food processing, food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP's and OSHA guidelines
• Experience with poultry processing required
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Solid experience with Word and Excel
