Adecco Permanent Recruitment is Hiring for a Campus Recruiting Manager:
- Based in Tysons, VA (onsite) with 25% travel
- Full-time role requiring U.S. work authorization
Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Campus Recruiting Manager (Early Careers Recruiting & Experience Manager) to lead campus recruiting and retention initiatives, ensuring the company attracts and develops top early-career talent. This role focuses on building robust programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development. Will have 3 Direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Design and implement strategies for early-career recruiting, onboarding, mentorship, and professional growth.
- Retention & Analytics: Analyze attrition and retention trends, aligning solutions with industry best practices.
- Team Development: Lead and grow a high-performing recruiting team while promoting alignment with company goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with executives and stakeholders to align talent acquisition goals with broader business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Develop innovative onboarding and development frameworks to enhance early-career experiences.
- Recruitment Operations: Hands-on recruitment, campaign planning, and resource allocation to meet hiring surges.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years in early-career recruitment, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Taleo, iCIMS), job boards, CRMs, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Knowledge: Expertise in U.S. employment law and compliance.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
