Job Description
- Lead full-cycle recruiting of lateral associates
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Act as a liaison between the firm and prospective employees
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Facilitate and monitor the interview process
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with other HR-related projects as needed

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lateral Legal Recruiting Specialist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in legal recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
