Salary Range: $120,000-$250,000 base.
Our client is hiring a Founding Growth Lead to shape our growth strategy from the ground up. Our go-to-market strategy combines a product-led, self-serve motion with a sales-assisted Enterprise motion, and we're looking for a founding growth hire to drive our expansion.
You'll have significant autonomy to shape our growth function and directly impact how we scale our API product across self-serve and enterprise segments.
Role responsibilities:
• Design and execute a robust multi-channel customer acquisition strategy and experiment roadmap.
• Test, optimize, and scale marketing channels, such as content/SEO, paid/organic social, SEM, and event marketing.
• Own marketing OKRs, forecasting, budgeting, and spend, while demonstrating sustainable growth through healthy ROI and payback metrics
• Develop a best-in-class growth team leveraging contractors, agencies, and FTEs to scale quickly and efficiently
• Implement tooling and automation to track, target, and monitor marketing activities (including but not limited to audience building, lead capture, performance management, and attribution)
• Plan and orchestrate cross-functional product launches, feature releases, and other company updates optimizing for prospect discovery and customer engagement.
