What will your job look like?
  • Supervise all HVAC Service coordination and execution
  • Hire, train, and lead HVAC Service team members
  • Cultivate a dynamic, ethical, and quality culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers
  • Coordinate service of HVAC systems to maximize quality and drive revenue performance
  • Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and performance reviews
  • Oversee HVAC Service Field Supervisor
  • Create technician work schedule
  • Review and approve department payroll
  • Handle all customer-related requests, concerns, etc.
  • Create, establish and maintain a positive work environment
  • Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures
What do you need?
  • At least 5 years of Residential HVAC experience, 2 years minimum managing an HVAC team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions that impact outcomes
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to gain the buy-in of teams to company values, safety procedures, and overall policies
  • Must be familiar with using technology systems in an office environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
