Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis and respond to data requests as needed.
- Documentation: Document methodologies, processes, and findings for transparency and reproducibility.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimization.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Experience with predictive modeling or machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Certification in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional).
