About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis and respond to data requests as needed.
  • Documentation: Document methodologies, processes, and findings for transparency and reproducibility.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
    • Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimization.
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Experience with predictive modeling or machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Certification in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional).
