Swift Staffing Group is hiring: HR Director in Brooklyn

Must have relevant HR experience and leadership skills (preferably 5+ years, minimum 3+ years in a leadership position). The ideal candidate for this position is relationship-oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and has great attention to detail while working in an autonomous environment. This candidate must be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment with numerous and variable priorities. The ideal skill set for this position would be one who considers themselves to be a strategic "hunter"; someone who derives motivation and fulfillment from finding and engaging with top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the People Operations/HR team and manage the People Operations budget and resources effectively
• Oversee all HR functions (talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, culture and engagement, HR compliance, compensation and benefits)
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and objectives
• Actively foster a positive organizational culture, and promote employee engagement and initiatives in alignment with business objectives and values to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Facilitate and support the complete employee life cycle - from sourcing to hiring and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits and general HR administration

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic, outgoing and a natural communicator.
• Possessing a strong internal instinct with the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently.
• Excellent with time management including a high capacity for managing various projects and timelines.
• A strong ability to quickly build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
• The knowledge and skill set to know when to show initiative while also being able to take direction when needed.
• As our environment is always changing as the needs of our clients vary based upon several outside factors, the ideal candidate will also be resourceful in navigating new circumstances.
• Strong, verifiable consistency and persistence when working towards departmental and organizational goals.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000, based on experience.
