Our client is hiring an Executive Legal Assistant to join their Private Client practice in Boston. The Executive Assistant will support several attorneys, serving as a right hand in managing their busy practices. This Best Place to Work in Boston offers an attractive salary range of $90K-$115K, plus competitive benefits and 2 remote days per week.

The Executive Legal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Managing the flow of information to help organize, prioritize, and address requests from both internal and external clients
  • Assisting attorneys with administrative tasks, including calendaring, conflict checks, and communications
  • Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Handling travel arrangements and logistics, reimbursements, expenses, and invoices

  • 8+ years of prior administrative, legal, and/or executive assistant experience
  • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and PDF functions
