The Executive Assistant, CFO provides the Chief Financial Officer with administrative support, such as calendar management, phones, and organization. The position also works with the broader team on an as needed basis. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and proactive with a desire to learn. The role offers exposure to a range of functions, including Content Strategy & Analysis, FP&A, and Accounting across Film, TV, and Shared Services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CFO, including calendar management, phones, and organization
  • Manage meeting preparation, expense processing, and travel coordination
  • Assist the Shared Services team (Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT) on behalf of the CFO as needed with scheduling, meeting notes, distribution statement tracking, mailings, audits, ad hoc projects, etc.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Demonstrate a curiosity in and willingness to learn about the business and operations of a Film and TV company
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of Executive Assistant experience, college degree preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Adobe Acrobat, and video conferencing applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and operate independently and as part of a team
  • Extremely trustworthy with the maturity and ability to handle sensitive information discretely

Hiring Salary Range is $21-$22/hour. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, market demands, experience/training, and education.
