About the Opportunity The Agile Product Delivery group has an immediate opening for an Advanced Data Analyst, reporting to Chapter Lead of the Agile Product Delivery team. You will collect, aggregate, model and analyze data from multiple internal and cloud sources to drive insights. In addition, you will use the data to create reporting in Tableau for leadership, interpret trends and identify potential enhancements. What You Will Do: Elicit and document business requirements. Translate business requirements to technical requirements. Produce actionable dashboards in Tableau and reports that show key performance indicators; identify areas of improvement for processes, products, or services. Respond to ad-hoc requests and provides reporting solutions across multiple business areas. Creates and maintains specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and required or available data elements. Generate ad hoc reports or data extracts, dashboards, canned reports, and regular datasets for end-users using system tools, queries, and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Identify areas of improvement in data collection processes or systems and make recommendations to correct any deficiencies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of diverse professional work experience in data visualization, and data analysis. Proficiency in Tableau dashboard creation, and advanced calculations required. Experience with Power BI is preferred. Proficient in SQL including Complex SQL joins, inline tables, complex business logic. Demonstrated experience in analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, operational excellence, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management as well as interpersonal and self-management skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure with an emphasis on serverless architecture. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of 2 days onsite per week in a Federal Reserve Bank location. The hiring range is $91,700.00 – $126,000.00 annually. For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
