Location: Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000

Company Overview:
Join the leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems for the commercial construction industry. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Supervisors to oversee night shift operations at our Bloomsburg, PA facility.
Work Schedule:
- 2-week rotating schedule, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Primary Purpose of the Job:
The Production Supervisor will manage and lead night shift operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and production goals. You will play a critical role in driving process improvements, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership:
- Manage and be accountable for the crew’s environmental, health, and safety (EHS) performance.
- Lead EHS initiatives throughout the organization.
- Team Management:
- Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problem-solving activities.
- Resolve conflicts, coach, and counsel employees.
- Spend 25-50% of the time coaching/interacting with employees to ensure a high-performing team.
- Production Oversight:
- Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and achieve production goals related to output, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Solve problems to their root cause to prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Direct the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, standardized work, work balance, product flow, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Effectively enforce workplace rules, policies, procedures, and labor agreements.
Primary Skills:
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution (mandatory).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (mandatory).
- Supervisor experience in a unionized environment (preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, enforce workplace policies, and drive performance improvements.
