Role Overview: Serve as the primary contact for Americas-based clients, managing daily margin calls for futures, options, and OTC cleared positions. Provide top-tier customer service, handle client inquiries, and maintain relationships with internal departments. Stay informed on market developments in clearing and settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily client margin calls are covered.

• Address client trade and settlement queries.

• Resolve margin call discrepancies.

• Escalate issues to Credit/Risk Management and Operations.

• Book FX transactions for clients.

• Manage collateral bookings and releases.

• Coordinate with Front/Middle Office for client inquiries.

• Understand and adhere to Bank policies and controls.

Requirements:

• Experience in clearing and settlement for futures, options, and OTC products.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage settlements and collateral inquiries.

• Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with collateral governance and control.

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and global peers.

• Proactive, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $38.00-40.00/hr

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
