Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a dedicated and organized Office Assistant for our client in the West Houston area.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records.
  • Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.
  • Maintain an orderly workspace and ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of Administrative assistant experience
  • Must have experience answering multi-line phones
  • Must have experience scheduling travel reservations
  • Must have experience maintaining inventory.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Weekends and overtime as needed.

Pay:
$22 an hour. We pay weekly!
