Pace Staffing Network is hiring: Recruiting Associate/Coordinator (Temporary) in

We are searching for a highly motivated Recruiting Associate/Coordinator to join our client, a large and growing Health system, on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the internal transfer team by efficiently managing the candidate flow, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the overall internal recruitment process.

What You’ll be Doing…

·Review and screen internal resumes/applications to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for each position.

·Move candidates through the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

·Assist in opening new roles, posting positions, and moving requisitions to the staffing team.

·Work with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

·Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

·1-2 years of experience as an Associate Recruiter, Sourcer, or Recruiting Coordinator.

·Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·Demonstrated proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

·Highly preferred: Experience with Workday.

Here’s the important details:

• Location: Remote (Must reside in Washington State)
• Assignment Length: 3-Months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility in start time
• Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Hourly pay rate: $23-$26 per hour depending on experience.
