PACE Staffing Network is hiring: Recruiting Associate/Coordinator (Temporary) in

We are searching for a highly motivated Recruiting Associate/Coordinator to join our client, a large and growing Health system, on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the internal transfer team by efficiently managing the candidate flow, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the overall internal recruitment process.

What You'll be Doing...

• Review and screen internal resumes/applications to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for each position.

• Move candidates through the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

• Assist in opening new roles, posting positions, and moving requisitions to the staffing team.

• Work with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...

• 1-2 years of experience as an Associate Recruiter, Sourcer, or Recruiting Coordinator.

• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Highly preferred: Experience with Workday.

Here's the important details:

• Location: Remote (Must reside in Washington State)
• Assignment Length: 3-Months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility in start time
• Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Hourly pay rate: $23-$26 per hour depending on experience.
