LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based out of Salem, OR, to find a dedicated HR Benefits Specialist for a 2-3 month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Duration:
2-3 months
Hours/Schedule:
M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
  • Support benefits open enrollment periods and communicate any changes to employees.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and data.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to benefits utilization.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR benefits administration or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience working with HR software systems is a plus.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
