LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based out of Salem, OR, to find a dedicated HR Systems Analyst for a 2-3 month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in utilizing HRIS systems and have strong experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support HR teams by generating reports and extracting data from HRIS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to HR functions.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to implement system upgrades or improvements.
- Assist with training HR staff on the use of HRIS and other related systems.
- Conduct audits and ensure data is compliant with organizational standards.
- Support the integration of new HR technology tools into existing systems.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Systems Analyst or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and data management.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Previous experience with HR software implementation or upgrades is a plus.
