Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Onsite in Salem, Oregon
Compensation: $28-$34 per hour DOE
Contract Duration: 2-month contract with possibility of permanent hire
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our client's team in Salem, Oregon. We are seeking candidates with strong HRIS knowledge as well as intermediate to advanced Excel skills who can start working immediately. Our client is well known in the community for being a positive driver of helping many families in the area.

We are seeking candidates with strong HRIS knowledge as well as intermediate to advanced Excel skills who can start working immediately. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of HRIS modules.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other users.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to HR data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working within HRIS and data management.
- Experience using Paycom is a big plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
