Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create comprehensive support plans.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and programs to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of students.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Current license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Professional Educator License with endorsement in school social work.
• Experience working with middle school students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• This Position would be a W-2 Contracted Position for the 24/25 School Year!
• Pay range for this role will be between $38/Hour and $45/Hour, based on experience.
