ProCare Therapy is looking for a full-time School Social Worker to join a school district in Glen Ellyn, IL. This role offers the opportunity to support students' emotional health and work within a collaborative team to enhance the learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups to address emotional and behavioral issues.
• Work with teachers and staff to identify students in need of support and develop appropriate interventions.
• Assist in crisis management and implement prevention strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students with special needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Illinois Social Worker License (LCSW or LSW).
• Strong background in counseling and crisis intervention.
• Ability to collaborate with various school staff and families.
