ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Full-Time School Social Worker to join a high school in Fithian, IL. This position is onsite only, and the ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral development. The social worker will work closely with the schools intervention team to create a supportive environment for students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to high school students
• Conduct assessments to address students social-emotional needs
• Work with the intervention team to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Provide support during IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Document and maintain student progress and case notes

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid Illinois School Social Worker license
• Previous experience working with high school students is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff
