Role Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our elementary school team in Bolingbrook, IL. This full-time position is integral in supporting the emotional and social development of our students, providing essential services and interventions to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional and social needs.
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to students needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive environment for students.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on student progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Illinois Social Work License (LCSW, LMSW, or LSW) required.
• PEL Licensure with a school social work endorsement is required.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
