Role Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Social Worker to join our elementary school team in Bolingbrook, IL. This full-time, in-person position is crucial for supporting the emotional and social development of our students. The successful candidate will provide essential services and interventions to foster an enriching educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional and social needs.
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as required.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on student progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Illinois Social Work License (LCSW, LMSW, or LSW) required.
• PEL Licensure with a school social work endorsement required.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
