Schools - Social Worker Job at ProCare Therapy in Joliet

• Work onsite with a PreK-5th grade caseload.
• Work 8:20am - 3:10pm.
• Support students in crisis.
• Serve on the PBIS committee and collaborated with other district social workers.
• Hold group and individual + group therapy sessions with students.
• Build rapport and trust with the childrenyou work with.
• Must be willing to take some sign language courses.
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

What You'll Need:

• Master's Degree required
• Active LCSW/LMSWcertification required
• Illinois School Social Worker Certification required.
• PEL required.
• Schools based experience preferred.
• Fingerprinting, drug screen & background check.
• Two references, one being from a recent direct supervisor.
• A positive attitude and a interest in working in schools.

• Competitive compensation, this position will be paid hourly, up to $40/hour.
