Campus Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Campus Recruiter to spearhead our college and university recruiting efforts. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with universities, attracting top accounting talent, and managing all aspects of campus recruiting programs. This role requires someone passionate about identifying and engaging emerging professionals while promoting our firm as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully execute the firm's campus recruiting strategy to attract and hire entry-level accounting professionals and interns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Organize, attend, and represent the firm at career fairs, campus events, on-campus interviews, and presentations.
- Coordinate internship programs and ensure a positive experience for interns, including planning events, mentoring opportunities, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for campus hires, including job postings, interviews, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams, including hiring managers, HR, and leadership, to understand talent needs and align campus strategies with the firm's goals.
- Plan and organize the firm’s annual Summer Leadership Program
- Develop creative ways to engage students, such as organizing workshops, webinars, and networking events.
- Track and analyze campus recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the firm’s values, culture, and opportunities to students and university partners.
- Assist HR and TA team with various other recruiting and administrative tasks
- Assist with firm-wide employee events
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong foundation and knowledge of campus recruitment strategies and best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of an applicant tracking system a plus
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment efforts
- Motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, campus recruitment, or related HR role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
- Ability to travel to campuses and events during peak recruitment seasons
