A REMOTE role with travel to the corporate office in Newport News required only occasionally.

SUMMARY:
Seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Business Development Executive and Team. Seeking someone who possesses excellent administrative and communication skills. This can possibly be an entry-level position for a recent college graduate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree and at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience OR Bachelor's degree and 0-1 year of work-related experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint to maintain spreadsheets, correspondence, sales presentations and databases.
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-minded spirit
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
