Warehouse Coordinator Job at SMSI in Springdale

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This role involves managing schedules, handling logistics, and providing administrative support to the warehouse and departments utilizing warehouse resources.

$25+ hourly DOE

• Monitor all activities: opening/closing, layout/storage, housekeeping/organization, yard/parking lot.
• Oversight of daily tasks at SMSI.
• Monitor all areas regarding housekeeping and organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop plans for maintaining their areas.
• Ensure maintenance projects are completed efficiently and effectively, and as planned.
• Maintain cross-department support for pickup, delivery, and fleet management utilizing warehouse resources.
• Documenting current/future processes.
• Enforce SMSI rules for parking: vehicles/trailers/equipment.
• Oversee inclement weather procedures.
• Oversight of shipping/receiving / and freight including; data entry for all deliveries, validation of product condition and quantity, labeling product, coordinating loading/unloading of trucks, and notifying departments of receipt and location.
• Special tasks as assigned.
• Oversee building security; open/close procedures and functionality.
• Maintain and update warehouse / operational documentation; including reports, schedules, and inventories.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent logistic capabilities.
• Forklift experience, required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination or a related field.
