Job Overview:
We’re seeking a KPI-driven, entrepreneurial leader to scale our brand from inception to high-growth success. As Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll drive brand awareness, equity, and rapid revenue milestones, collaborating across teams to execute a high-impact brand strategy. This role requires financial savvy, DTC and retail expertise, and an agile approach to meet ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Execution: Use brand identity to drive a cohesive owned and earned strategy across channels, establishing trust and loyalty while delivering measurable growth.
- Awareness & Market Penetration: Set and achieve KPIs for brand awareness and market share, scaling from zero to national recognition. Pursue brand partnerships for high-impact exposure.
- Owned & Earned Media: Lead organic growth via content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR for maximum ROI.
- Full-Funnel Marketing: Oversee top- and middle-of-funnel efforts, using paid media, retargeting, and content marketing to drive awareness and engagement.
- Retail & Digital Collaboration: Leverage relationships with large retailers and digital channels to expand our multi-channel DTC and retail presence.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify impactful partnerships that drive market expansion with an agile, results-driven approach.
- DTC Strategy: Implement a scalable DTC plan, focusing on customer acquisition and long-term brand loyalty.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Financial Acumen & KPI Focus: Strong budget management and ROI measurement skills, with a focus on cost-effective campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Experience in fast-paced, startup environments, making quick, data-driven adjustments.
- DTC & Retail Mastery: Expertise in DTC, retail, and eCommerce channels, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- Collaborative Leadership: Team-building and cross-functional alignment skills to foster growth and shared objectives.
Experience:
- 8+ years in brand marketing, ideally with a startup focus.
- Industry Background in DTC, CPG, eCommerce, or tech preferred.
- Proven track record in scaling brands and driving revenue.
