We’re a pre-seed stage B2B SaaS startup poised to redefine workplace communication, and we’re seeking a Chief Product Officer to join as a founding member. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll directly influence our product strategy, go-to-market plan, and scaling efforts while navigating the unique challenges of an early-stage startup.
The Role:
As our Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead the charge in crafting a product that resonates with businesses seeking to optimize team communication and engagement. You’ll be instrumental in helping us achieve product-market fit, creating a scalable product roadmap, and ensuring a seamless journey for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with Yoked AI’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and technical team to refine the product strategy for early market adoption.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and user needs, ensuring product relevance and differentiation.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, bridging the gap between product development and user acquisition.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize product engagement.
- Product Market Fit:
- Engage with early adopters to gather feedback, iterate on the product, and validate assumptions.
- Use data-driven insights to refine features, identify pain points, and optimize the user experience.
- Operational Leadership:
- Build and lead the product team as the company scales, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless communication between technical, operational, and business units.
- Scaling User Engagement:
- Focus on creating a product that encourages long-term engagement and demonstrates measurable value for teams.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure user success and iterate on strategies to increase retention.

- You thrive in early-stage, pre-revenue environments and have experience building products from the ground up.
- You’re both strategic and hands-on, capable of wearing multiple hats to drive results in a lean startup setting.
- You have a technical sense—while you don’t need to code, you can collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate vision into technical requirements.
- You’re customer-obsessed, continuously seeking insights to refine and improve the product experience.
- You’re a natural leader with a collaborative mindset, ready to inspire and rally a team around a shared vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer, VP of Product, or similar leadership role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in achieving product-market fit for early-stage, pre-revenue startups.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics to guide product development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with workplace communication tools, behavioral assessments, or team collaboration platforms is a plus.
