The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated private equity and transactional matters in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will:

• Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
• Provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team.
• Support a robust national corporate practice and contribute to the highest quality of client service.
• Deliver strategic advice on private equity transactions, including fundraising, portfolio management, acquisitions, and platform exits.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for candidates who bring:

• Experience: At least 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience.
• Credentials:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Skills:
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • Excellent critical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities effectively.
