Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering a seamless recruitment process. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing interview schedules, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and supporting the onboarding of new hires. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews by managing schedules for phone, video, and onsite interviews, including panel and back-to-back sessions. Efficiently manage calendars to ensure availability of hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed of their interview schedules, next steps, and any necessary changes. Ensure timely responses to candidate inquiries.
Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding logistics, including new hire documentation, background checks, and coordinating first-day schedules. Partner with IT and office management teams to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and workspace upon arrival.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates, managing any changes in itinerary as needed to provide a seamless experience.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate feedback scores. Provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition leadership on recruitment status and candidate pipelines.
System Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Generate reports and support recruiters in utilizing the ATS for data-driven hiring decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to support recruitment activities and contribute to overall team success.
Compliance: Ensure all recruiting processes adhere to company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding hiring practices and data privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS) and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
