An outpatient child and adolescent facility is seeking a Psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage. Get in touch with nature while in North Georgia and visit one of the Georgia State Parks near Helen, which include Smithgall Woods and Unicoi. The role is outpatient with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, starting ASAP through the end of February for 60 days, with the possibility to extend. The provider will use EPIC for documentation, see 16-18 patients per day for basic intakes (history, medications, chief problem, alternative therapies), and will work alongside CMA and MOA support staff. Board Certification is required for payors, but privileges are not needed. The credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days, and a minimum commitment of 2 months is preferred. Only one provider is needed for coverage.
