Nurse Recruiter Job at RemX in Los Angeles

We are seeking a Nurse Recruiter to join our team! The Nurse Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified RNs to meet the staffing needs of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential RNs
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically recruiting Registered Nurses.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
