We are currently seeking a RRED Compliance QC Specialist to join the team on the Residential Real Estate Compliance Team. This role is directly responsible for auditing mortgage loan files to measure the performance against legal, regulatory compliance, credit underwriting, investor and internal bank policies. Responsibilities also include performing file reviews for both pre-funding and post-closing loans to ensure compliance with the defined policies and procedures, and to maintain a strong professional relationship with personnel in the loan originations and loan servicing departments.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000/annually; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• • With Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent): 1 year of experience in underwriting mortgage loans, loan processing, and/or performing quality control underwriting.
  • Without Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent): 3 years of experience in underwriting mortgage loans, loan processing, and/or performing quality control underwriting.
• 2-3 years' experience in real estate lending, mortgage compliance, or mortgage banking
