Job Title: Recruiter
Client Industry: Property Management
Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR
Job Type: 3-6 month contract
Compensation: $24-$28 per hour
 

 

Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for roles such as assistant community managers, leasing specialists, community managers, and corporate roles in IT, HR, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting with a strong customer service mindset. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience working in the property management industry is not required but a big plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
