LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Recruiter Supervisor in Jacksonville

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Roseville, MI that is seeking a Recruiter Supervisor. Our client has been in business for over 20 years and works with large and small companies around Michigan. They are a fast-paced organization that has a positive atmosphere and exemplifies team spirit. This is a direct hire, fully on-site opportunity that may incorporate small local travel from here to there.

 

Responsibilities:

Own the recruiting process and manage 3-5 recruiters that are recruiting for high volume work

Take the initiative to manage the recruiting process

Set up and manage job fair representation and onboarding the new employees.

Assist the recruiters and help them manage their accounts

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards and social media,

Build and maintain a pipeline of talent that allows responding quickly to fill both internal and external roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment in candidate selection.

Ensure consistent and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to application, interviewing and onboarding.

Prepare regular reports on recruiting KPIs (including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and sourcing effectiveness), sales activities, market insights, and revenue growth for senior management.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance recruitment team environment.

Coach and advise staffing sales team on strategies for client engagement, candidate positioning, and closing deals.

Qualification: Ideal candidate will have worked/recruited for light industrial, high(er) volume/high volume companies, general staffing firms

Software: ADP Workforce Now

Hours: M-F 8:30-5pm

Experience: Years of experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience and 2-3 years of Supervisor/Manager experience

Compensation: $55-$60k

Start Date: ASAP
