We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and train on routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Conduct mechanical repairs on machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies. Place orders as needed.
- Monitor sub-contract maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance such as HVAC, compressors, and plumbing
- Strong background with CNC machines and how to repair
- Understand PLC and Robotics
- Proficient with hydraulics, motors, pumps, belts and bearings
- Able to use a computer to perform job duties
- Understand and can work on electrical wiring
