We're seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and departmental support for one or more executives. Acts as support resource and back-up for Executive Assistant to CEO
- Manage all administrative functions for assigned executives, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and cross-functional meeting coordination
- Attend select meetings with or on behalf of the executive, taking comprehensive notes, tracking action items, and maintaining organized records of discussions; coordinate follow-up activities, disseminate relevant information, and ensure timely communication to appropriate stakeholders
- Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure actions required are addressed in a timely manner
- Organize and assist with team activities such as department and all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events
- Obtain, assemble, and analyze information and data from a variety of sources in order to compose and produce various presentations, business correspondence, reports, confidential documents, and/or forms
- Interface regularly with various levels of internal team members and external partners, providing information for both routine and complex inquiries
- Work closely with the leadership team and other assistants to provide support to the organization
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail focused with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with limited supervision while providing consistent and professional service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of executive administrative support, meeting planning, and calendar management experience for VP level or higher required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
