We're seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join our growing team.

The Sr. Data Analyst will provide the Marketing Team with data insights and dashboards to aid decision making and execution of marketing and business strategies. This position will monitor marketing campaigns and patient data to optimize performance.

How you'll make us better:

• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from a variety of databases, including Snowflake and Salesforce
• Use Power BI to design, develop and maintain dashboards to provide near real-time data to business
• Partner closely with IT, Operations, and other Marketing team members to identify data needs, delivering trends, patterns, and other key insights found in that data
• Conduct recurring reporting and ad-hoc analyses for leadership and other business stakeholders to help improve operational efficiency, optimize marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth
• Apply data management and validation best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data

Your special skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with large databases such as Snowflake or a cloud equivalent
• Ability to independently research data and develop understanding of fields available in various data warehouses

Prerequisites for success:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields required
• Five (5) years of experience in data analysis, collaborating with various business functions to gather data requirements and present insights to stakeholders required

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert knowledge of SQL, querying large datasets and performing data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI for building dashboards
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools
