Warehouse Helper

We are currently seeking a positive, reliable and motivated Warehouse Helper to join our growing operation in San Antonio, TX!

As a member of the Warehouse team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operation by assisting with the organization, maintenance, and inventory management of materials. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment, as well as share a winning attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials/equipment for quality and quantity.
- Label and stock inventory in an organized, safe and efficient manner.
- Pull and stage materials and equipment for next day planning and possible job site deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks and process relevant paperwork.
- Ensure warehouse and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all materials and equipment utilizing online tools.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) 
- Must be attentive to detail and possess good organizational skills
- Able to read and understand work orders and job site locations
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
